Be Life Changing

Be Life Changing is one of our values at PSG. What is Life Changing? It can be an event, or an occurrence, which after it happens, a person’s life is never quite the same, and cannot go back to the way life was before the event. Life-changing is described as an epiphany, an eye-opener, a life altering experience, a revelation.

Life Changing Moments

We all have these Life-Changing moments that we experience. It can be falling in love, getting married, having children. Or losing a child or a parent or sibling, getting a divorce, losing a job, getting a cancer diagnosis. It can be driving alone for the first time, or agonizingly watching as the car behind you is having a roll-over accident and the driver is your child. Or moving across the country, starting a business, or just seeing something amazing happen.

This has been a Life Changing year for me. It was filled with much pain, but also joy, and one very big, amazing life changing event. Some extremely gifted and talented people in our community teamed up and created a neural synthetic voice for Chris. Yes, we can hear Chris’s voice again after his throat surgery two years ago. It is his own pronunciation, articulation, and pitch. It is one of the most phenomenal things I have experienced in my lifetime, undeniably —a miracle.

A big thank you to Charles Elwood, Daniel Morrison, and Amanda Chocko. Teresa Weakley and her team from WOOD-TV Channel 8 have filmed the unfolding of this event and will air it Thursday night, December 22 during their 6 p.m. broadcast.

To lose one’s voice and then to remarkably find it again genuinely falls under the category of Life Changing. It’s only by living it and experiencing this firsthand that you can even remotely grasp the magnitude of the invention, the technology behind it and the restoration that will unfold.

Life Changing Team Building

Our goal at PSG is for you to experience something like that when we work with you. Every time I am able to be in front of individuals or teams to introduce them to a new insight about their strengths, their workstyle, their communication, their interactions, their well-being or their current stressors, I want them to believe that moment was Life Changing. That it would be a crystallizing flash that might forever live in their hearts and minds.

Healthy teams, thriving teams have a language all their own. These teams are tuned in to each other’s communication needs. We believe this is the life-altering gift that our work with the Kolbe System™ can bring to you, your teams, and your organization. May the New Year provide you many life changing moments that altered not only your life, but the lives of those you hold most dear.

“Many people want to change their life, but they are not will to change their choices, and ultimately this changes nothing.”
                                                                        –M J De Marco

As we celebrate this Christmas season the biggest life changer is the gift of Jesus Christ into our lives.

“For unto us a child is born, and to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace, there will be no end.”
(Isaiah 9: 6-7)

I want that kind of peace. That peace is Life Changing.
